Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Interaction:
Identify and develop relationships with new and existing clients in the HVAC industry.
Understand client requirements and provide technical consultation and support.
Present and promote HVAC solutions and services to clients and consultants.
Estimation & Tendering:
Prepare detailed cost estimates based on HVAC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site visits.
Study tender documents and analyze scope, material requirements, and installation costs.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive quotes and product details.
Proposal Preparation:
Develop technical and commercial proposals in response to RFQs and tenders.
Ensure that all proposals are compliant with client and project specifications.
Submit quotations in a timely manner and follow up with clients for feedback.
Technical Coordination:
Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams for seamless handover upon award.
Assist in value engineering and suggest alternate HVAC solutions where applicable.
Review project requirements and make site visits when necessary.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and order conversions.
Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and bid summaries.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HVAC estimation and technical sales.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRF, Chillers, DX Systems, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and piping.
Proficient in reading technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Familiarity with estimation software, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
