Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Counselor to provide guidance, support, and motivation to individuals facing personal, academic, or career-related challenges. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions based on individual needs.

Assess clients’ situations through interviews, assessments, and observations.

Provide emotional, academic, or career-related guidance and support.

Develop personalized action plans and monitor progress.

Maintain detailed and confidential records of counseling sessions.

Coordinate with parents, teachers, HR, or healthcare professionals when necessary.

Organize workshops, awareness sessions, or career development programs.

Stay informed about resources and referral services in the community or network.

Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
