Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Doddanekkundi, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of clinical experience and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patient health conditions on a regular basis

Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per doctor’s instructions

Maintain accurate patient records and charts

Provide pre- and post-operative care

Assist doctors during medical procedures and rounds

Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are strictly followed

Communicate effectively with patients and their families

Respond promptly to emergency situations and perform CPR or first aid if required

Requirements:

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institution

Valid Nursing Registration Certificate

Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting

Strong clinical skills and patient-centric approach

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights if required
