Location: Varanasi
Experience: 2+ years in FMCG, preferably in the Food division
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the assigned territory or market segment, ensuring consistent growth in sales and market share.
2. Market Development: Identify and develop new markets, expanding the company’s presence and increasing customer base in the Kanpur region.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Product Promotion: Actively promote the company’s product line in the Food division, organizing promotional activities, and ensuring effective product display in retail outlets.
5. Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans, coordinating with the sales team and management to achieve business objectives.
6. Distribution Management: Oversee and manage distribution channels to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, helping the company make informed business decisions.
8. Compliance:
Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Familiarity with the local market in Kanpur and surrounding areas.
