Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management & Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients in commercial, retail, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term contract retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and propose value-added MEPC solutions.
2. MEPC Operations & Technical Oversight:
- Oversee MEPC service delivery, ensuring compliance with SLA agreements, safety standards and energy efficiency best practices.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to assess MEPC system performance, maintenance needs, and operational risks.
3. Compliance & Sustainability Initiatives:
- Ensure all MEPC systems adhere to local regulations, and client-specific requirements.
- Drive energy-saving and sustainability initiatives (HVAC optimization, smart lighting, water conservation).
- Implement training programs for technicians and vendors on MEPC best practices and emerging technologies.
4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor KPIs (system uptime, energy efficiency, maintenance response time) and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
- Recommend technology to enhance service delivery.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality MEP services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
- 3+ years in MEPC, facility management, or technical account management (preferably in retail, commercial, or industrial sectors).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and SLA compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
