We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Field) to lead our on-ground sales efforts in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving site visits, managing field sales teams, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from lead generation to final booking. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and proactively follow up with potential clients through site visits, networking, and other field-based strategies Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase projects Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers Convert walk-in and field leads into successful bookings Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Ensure complete documentation and follow-up with clients post-booking Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign execution and lead management Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 8-12 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets In-depth knowledge of the local property market and client behavior Willingness to travel extensively and work on weekends if required Own vehicle mandatory Perks and Benefits: Competitive Salary + Attractive Incentives Travel Allowance / Reimbursements/Accomodation Opportunities for career growth within a fast-growing real estate brand Dynamic work environment with a performance-driven culture
