Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring
top-performing candidates. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs,
create job descriptions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
 Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
 Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and role requirements.
 Draft and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms.
 Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards).
 Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
 Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.

 Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.
 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
 Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management review.

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
 Strong understanding of recruitment processes and platforms.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
 Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/tools
