Job description

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Follow up on business leads and inquiries developed by the Senior Management team.
   
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and partners.
   
• Coordinate the execution of logistics operations with internal and external stakeholders.
   
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and respond promptly to inquiries and issues.
   
• Leverage industry connections to support business development.
   
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all client interactions.
   
• Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement, issues, and feedback.

·         Excellent Communication Skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
 

·         Organizational & Time Management abilities to handle multiple client accounts and tasks.
 

·         High level of Confidentiality & Professionalism.
 

·         Self-starter with Initiative & Adaptability in a dynamic logistics environment.
 

·         Sound knowledge of Air Freight & Ocean Freight operations.
 

·         Existing Industry Connections in logistics and supply chain.
 

Required Experience:
 

·         Minimum 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in the logistics / Freight forwarding industry.
