Job description

Role: HR Manager (generalist) 

Location: Mumbai, Malad 

Exp. . - 5+ yrs

 Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. o Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection. o Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are integrated successfully. 

2. Employee Relations: o Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies. o Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution. o Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives. 

3. Performance Management: o Develop and implement performance management systems and processes. o Conduct performance appraisals and ensure fair and consistent evaluations. o Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues. 

4. Training and Development: o Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. o Oversee the implementation of professional development initiatives. o Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. 

5. HR Policies and Compliance: o Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. o Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. o Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. 

6. Compensation and Benefits: o Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs. o Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures. o Manage employee benefits programs and address any issues that arise. 

7. HR Strategy and Planning: o Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals. o Provide HR insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. o Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement. 

8. Employee Engagement and Retention: o Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction. o Identify and address factors contributing to employee turnover. o Promote a culture of recognition and appreciation.
