Job description

Monitor network systems, servers, and applications for performance and availability.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, system outages, and hardware/software malfunctions.

Raise, track, and close incident tickets through a ticketing system.

Coordinate with internal teams and service providers for incident resolution.

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams as per SLA guidelines.

Perform routine maintenance and health checks on systems and networks.

Prepare and update technical documentation and reports.
