DESIGNATION – CITY MANAGER

QUALIFICATION – Graduation (Event/Journalism etc.)
CTC – 30 K [Payroll will be 3rd party, Contractual]
MANDATORY – Own Conveyance, Local Language
EXPERIENCE – 1-3 Years (Vendor Management, On-ground Activation, Manpower Coordination & Team Handling)

Roles & Responsibility :

1.     Manpower Vendor Management.
2.     The City Manager is responsible for managing the Hygiene of program with proper team management.
3.     The City Manager will always adhere the program guidelines as communicated during the training provided before the program roll out.
4.     The City Manager is also responsible for monitoring the product trial and utilization of stock at warehouse level.
5.     The City Manager will also be responsible for safe keeping and accurate usage reporting of the stock through his weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly Reports.
6.     The City Manager is also responsible for managing the utilized man-days Vs, the Budget along with the attendance of entire team in respective cities.
7.     The City Manager will also be responsible for keeping pool of manpower to manage the attritions in respective city.
8.     The City Manager is also responsible for managing the hygiene of reports being shared by his team members.

9.     The City Manager will also be responsible for managing the frequency of reports.
