Primary Duties & Responsibilities • Monitor, review, and provide strategic feedback to Sales and Trade & Marketing teams on customer performance to drive yield optimization. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients. • Drive continuous improvement of process performance and team efficiency by using visual management systems. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies. • Development of a strategic export sales plan, demonstrating growth opportunities for existing and proposed products and projected revenues. • Implementation of best sales strategy and marketing. • Work directly with international customers and sales channel partners to meet export department sales/margin and growth plans for Petrochemicals & solvent trading products. • Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of global trade laws, customs regulations, and export documentation. • Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Expertise in shipping procedures, incoterms, and transportation logistics. • Negotiation & Communication: Strong skills in contract negotiations, client relations, and crossborder communication. • Market Intelligence: Ability to assess international market trends, pricing strategies, and business opportunities. • Technology & Software: Familiarity with ERP systems, export documentation software, and customs compliance tools.
