We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Client Acquisition Associate to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients while contributing to the company's growth targets. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of our offerings and the client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach (calls/emails/social platforms).
* Pitch products/services effectively and persuasively to prospective clients.
* Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand business requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of lead generation and prospecting activities in CRM tools.
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align client acquisition strategies.
* Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
* Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and agreements.
* Provide timely feedback and reporting on performance metrics and market trends.
