We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to support various functions within the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, data management, and daily HR operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
* Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
* Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, attendance, and performance data.
* Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
* Help ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and best HR practices.
* Assist in payroll inputs, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
* Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
* Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
