Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/Non-IT hiring.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
