Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by enrolling new partners (Brokers)
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Build, Lead and manage a team of sales and support professionals
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members

Requirements:
1. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development in the financial services industry
2. Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, presentation and training skills
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
