Page 1 of 2 Job Title: Collection Manager Company: Flexi Loans Location: Gujarat Experience Required: 3+ Years Product: Unsecured Loans (Business Loans) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Collection Manager to oversee and drive recovery efforts for our unsecured business loan portfolio in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in field collections, team handling, and recovery strategies for delinquent accounts. Key Responsibilities:  Field Collection Management: o Lead and manage field collection teams to ensure timely recovery of overdue amounts. o Personally visit high-ticket or high-risk customers to negotiate settlements and payments.  Strategy & Execution: o Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency and NPA. o Monitor daily collection activities and ensure targets are met across all buckets (DPD 30, 60, 90+).  Team Management: o Recruit, train, and supervise field collection executives and recovery agents. o Assign and monitor field tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance.  Compliance & Documentation: o Ensure all collections are conducted ethically and within RBI and company guidelines. o Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, payment commitments, and recovery status.  Reporting: o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on collection efficiency, recovery trends, and escalations. Page 2 of 2 o Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Operations) for escalated recovery cases. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in unsecured loan collections.  Strong understanding of field collections, skip tracing, and delinquency handling.  Proficiency in managing on-ground teams and recovery agencies.  Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Familiarity with local markets in Gujarat and willing to travel across assigned regions.  Graduate or above (Commerce/Finance background preferred). Preferred Qualities:  Prior experience in NBFCs or fintech companies.  Good command over local languages (Gujarati, Hindi).  Tech-savvy with experience in using mobile collection apps or CRM tools.
