A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff. Assisting with the day to day store operations by waiting on customers, operating the cash register, completing shift paperwork and required counts, stocking, customer service, emptying trash, basic cleaning inside and outside the store and miscellaneous small jobs as determined by the store manager.
