Job description for Promoter
- Handling Walk in Customer inquiry at Showroom.
- Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
- Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
- Report on demonstration related information.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Responsible for understanding customers' needs and making effective pitches to get new business from them, whether it's an individual or organization that requires products/services sold on behalf of his corporate parents.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Follow up with customer.
- Answering questions about products or the company
- They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through Walk-in, website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Promoter
- Good Looking
- Professional attire
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of customers
- Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Should have Basic knowledge of Computer, email and MS Office.
- Language know – English , Gujarati, Hindi
