Job Summary

Navin Infra is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive sales operations in Gwalior and Jabalpur. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of proven experience in sales within the construction equipment, truck, or tractor industry. The role requires a strong understanding of industrial or heavy machinery sales, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and convert leads for construction equipment or related products.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners.
3. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand and address customer requirements.
4. Offer technical advice and support based on client needs.
5. Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback.
7. Prepare sales reports and updates for management on a regular basis.
8. Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
9. Travel extensively within Gwalior and Jabalpur and surrounding regions as per business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. 4–5 years of sales experience in any of the following industries:
2. Construction Equipment Machines
3. Truck Sales
4. Tractor Industry
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to manage territory independently and close sales deals efficiently.
7. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
8. Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
9. Willingness to travel as per territory needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 per month
