Online LLP 46C Chowringhee Road, Everest House 10th Floor Unit CDE, Kolkata Social Media Marketing Manager - JD Key Responsibilities: • Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape. • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. • Plan, schedule, and publish content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.). • Create and manage social media calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. • Design and execute paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI. • Build partnerships with influencers and collaborators to amplify brand visibility. • Track, measure, and analyze social media performance using different tools. • Prepare regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements. • Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding. • Align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives. Key Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. • Proven track record of managing social media platforms for brands. • Expertise in social media management tools. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. • Experience managing social media for eCommerce brands or startups. • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing is a plus.
