Job description
Broad JD :
1. Oversight over financial reporting and accountingfunction
2. Preparation of accounting policy, financial statements inaccordance with RBI guidelines and IFRS
3. Financial planning and analysis of business function includingbranch profitability, product
profitability, Productivity measures
4. Investor and Lenders MIS
5. Liasionwith lenders and investors for due diligence
5. System implementation and oversight
6. Fund management
7. Develop relationship with lenders and investors
8. RBI reporting and other regulatory reporting
9. Handling audits incl. RBI, Stat audit, Internal audit
Who you are: CA with 5 years + exp in NBFC / Banking.
