Job Description We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – LIMS Developer with deep expertise in LabWare LIMS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in LabWare LIMS and related technologies, especially in integration, migration, and system maintenance in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities  Develop, configure, and maintain LabWare LIMS modules, interfaces, and subroutines.  Design and implement integrations with external systems such as SAP using REST/SOAP Web Services.  Work on system enhancements, backlog items, bug fixes, and change requests in accordance with GMP and quality guidelines.  Participate in LabWare LIMS migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruptions.  Manage system documentation and adhere to best practices in change control, version control, and release management using tools like JIRA, HPSM, GEAR, and Git/source code repositories.  Maintain strong understanding of LabWare LIMS database structures and optimize performance as needed.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams in international and regulated environments, particularly in healthcare and life sciences sectors. Required Qualifications & Skills  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.  Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS.  Strong knowledge of instrument interfaces, LIMS basics, and LabWare scripting/subroutines.  Proficient in REST and SOAP web services for system integrations.  Experience working in GxP-regulated environments with excellent understanding of GMP compliance.  Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies.  Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  Prior experience in global manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Preferred Experience  Hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS Migration.  Familiarity with source control, incident management, and ticketing tools.  Experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry is a strong plus.
