Name of the position : Onboarding Executive Experience : 0 to 5 years CTC : Good hike in current Qualification : Any Graduate + NISM-8 Location :Indore Roles and Responsibilities : Perform both client facing and onboarding functions for Custody and Third-party accountsConduct independent research to gather and record data from external sources while onboarding the clientLiaise with Legal, Sales, IT, KYC and internal teams and external clients when the required documents/information are not available at the time of onboarding the accountsDraft Legal agreements and get it executed by clientsPerform Legal Agreement Amendments and get it executedEnsure all the clients are onboarded in a timely mannerUpdate relevant data and map accounts in State Street s in-house systemsResearch and resolve client inquires and service related requestsIdentify unique counterparty structures and escalate for resolutionRespond to queries regarding the status of specific requests or new clients in a timely mannerTrack and monitor potential onboarding issues and delaysResolve and escalate issues proactively and in a timely mannerHelp monitor KPIs to ensure a high level of serviceEvaluate and enhance processes and procedures on an ongoing basisMaintain and continuously develop knowledge around core products of business unit and key applications in use by the business unit · NISM Certified. · Strong analytical skills and ability to work in teams. · A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and expectations with respect to market. · Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and apply them to the specific context of several clients thus generating insights for clients Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent In case you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask and also provide confirmation by reverting to this mail along with your updated CV !!
