3) Experience: Minimum 5-10 years as Manager / Maintenance Engineer- LHD, wheel loaders (Epiroc, Atlas Copco), others in Construction and Mining Industry

4) Age: Upto 45 years

5) Gross Salary: 70 - 80K per month

6) Shared Accommodation and Food at company cost or as a 2nd option

Family accommodation only at Company cost.

7) Place of Posting: At Malanjkhand, Madhya Pradesh.

8) Leave as per company norms. Bonus as per statutory norms.

9) Job Profile:

Designation: Manager – Mechanical

Work Area: North Decline –Underground

Key responsibilities:

1. Carry out preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of LHDs, wheel loaders and others equipment.
2. Perform troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
3. Maintain service logs, daily reports, and breakdown history.
4. Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for spares, warranty support, and technical documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and statutory guidelines during maintenance and repair activities.
6. Plan and execute equipment overhauls, components change- outs, and major repairs.
7. Train and guide site technicians and operators for best equipment handling practices.
8. Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables.
9. Liaise with clients, maintenance and safety teams for coordination and approvals."

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile /Mining Machinery Engineering.
