They work with other professionals such as mechanical engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.  The pressure vessel design engineer must have a thorough understanding of the industry and safety regulations governing pressure vessels. They must also be able to calculate loads, stresses, and forces to determine the most appropriate material, wall thickness, and vessel shape and size for the application.  Design includes selecting materials, estimating vessel dimensions and wall thickness, designing flanges, connections, and support structures.  This role requires proficiency in engineering principles, mathematics, and physics to analyse and design pressure vessels accurately.  Testing and analysis  Design Softwares
