Designation: AVP – OPERATION SENIOR EXECUTIVE OPERATIONOffice Location: Andheri, MumbaiWork Location: PAN IndiaKEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the complete end to end operations of PAN India Sets the annual strategic plans and forecast and develops short- & long-term strategic plans that drive the annual operation plan. Ensure enhancing the overall productivity of the team Complete ownership of all operational cost metrics on the P&L Review & modify the structure, SOPs in order to handle the growth and scale. Manage Regional and Hub Manager’s performance within the PAN India Hiring people, mentor, performance and periodic reviews Expansion as per the organization plan- end to end Audits of all products, tickets, services at all level As a part of the Operations core team you will be responsible for all initiatives carried out by Bizlog for implementation, training, and execution Vendor management including transportation vendors, manpower vendors, land lords etc Responsible for the complete IT usage across the PAN India and come back with issues if any and resolve Ownership of managing existing customers relationship and also grow their business in every sphere of activity PAN India Retainers, franchisee network appointment and management Responsible for the performance of customers PAN India (TAT & Customer delight) New customer onboarding and operational capability buildingBehavioral Qualifications:Experience: 1+ years’ experience (senior position) in logistic, courier, service, insurance, eCommerce industriesHaving led 300+ member teams, preferably across multiple geographiesBased out of Bangalore, but open to travel frequentlySkills: Risk Management / Risk Control, People Management, Data Analysis, Leadership, Business Analysis, Financial Compliance, ability to visualize long term strategic issues and identify solutionsEducation: Post Graduation in Business ManagementSalary Package: Up to 3.5 Lakh including variable componentEmail: rahul.tiwari@white-force.in
