Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Collection Manager to oversee and drive efficient recovery processes for unsecured lending products across Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in collections, field operations, bucket (BKT) knowledge, and established agency connections to ensure high recovery efficiency and portfolio quality. Key Responsibilities  Manage and monitor collections for unsecured loan products in assigned locations.  Handle delinquent customers across buckets (BKT 1–NPA stage) with effective recovery strategies.  Appoint, manage, and supervise collection agencies, field executives, and recovery teams.  Conduct field visits and travel across Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara as per operational requirements.  Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance norms, and company policies.  Track, monitor, and report collection performance metrics, recovery efficiency, and agency productivity.  Develop and maintain strong agency networks and vendor relationships for effective collection execution.  Identify, escalate, and resolve disputes, fraud cases, or chronic delinquency accounts.  Implement innovative and ethical collection techniques to minimize delinquency and maximize recovery. Key Requirements  5+ years of experience in Collections, preferably in Fintech, NBFC, or Banking sector.  Previous or current experience in handling unsecured products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Digital Lending, etc.) is mandatory.  Strong understanding of bucket-wise collection strategies (BKT knowledge).  Well-connected with collection/recovery agencies and field resources in Gujarat region.  Willingness to travel extensively across Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara.  Excellent negotiation, people management, and conflict resolution skills.  Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret collection data and MIS reports.
