Key Responsibilities  Client Styling & Experience o Provide expert styling advice tailored to each customer’s preferences, lifestyle, and occasion. o Curate looks and recommend products that reflect the client's personality and the brand’s elegance. o Offer insights on gemstone meanings, craftsmanship, and latest trends in luxury jewellery. o Build strong, lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-ups.  Sales & Product Knowledge o Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement and upselling. o Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product lines, collections, precious stones, and customisation options. o Communicate product value with confidence — covering material, design, and exclusivity.
