Divine Vision Infratech PVT LTD MIS Executive: Job Description Mission We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive responsible for managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting CRM systems, preparing reports, automating processes using Google Scripts, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Google Scripts, Zoho, CRM Tools and reporting tools like Looker Studio with a strong understanding of FMS/IMS, checklists and troubleshooting CRM-related errors. Key Responsibilities:  CRM Management & Monitoring: o Oversee Tele CRM operations and ensure smooth workflow. o Monitor and maintain CRM data accuracy. o Troubleshoot and resolve CRM errors in Zoho,CRM, and other CRM tools.  Google Scripts & Automation: o Develop and maintain automation scripts using Google Script to optimize data processes. o Integrate Google Sheets, Forms, and CRM systems for real-time reporting.  Reporting & Dashboard Creation: o Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. o Automate report generation and enhance visualization.  Documentation & Compliance: o Maintain and update process documentation for CRM usage, troubleshooting, and reporting mechanisms. o Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.  FMS/IMS & Checklist Management: o Maintain (FMS) and (IMS) checklists. o Ensure all checklist activities are tracked and reported.  Troubleshooting & Support: o Identify and resolve system issues, CRM errors, and workflow inefficiencies. o Coordinate with IT and vendor support teams for issue resolution.  Basic IT & Data Management: o Support in maintaining and optimizing data management processes. o Assist in IT-related documentation and system audits. Key Skills & Requirements:  Google Script (for automation & integration).  Experience with Zoho CRM, Tele CRM, and other CRM tools.  Strong knowledge of Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).  Hands-on experience in MIS Reporting & Dashboard Management.  Understanding of FMS/IMS checklists.  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues.  Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).  Good knowledge of data validation & security.  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
