CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks at our Rajkot office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, people management abilities, and the capability to ensure smooth office operations while supporting the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Organize training, employee engagement activities, and performance evaluation processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management.
- Assist in statutory compliance related to HR and administrative functions.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain HR documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (FMCG/Manufacturing industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
