Sales Manager-Wealth Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd- www.rakshamitra.com


Role & responsibilities

  1. Sell insurance products to individuals or agents.
  2. Identify potential clients and prospects through research, referrals and networking.
  3. Build relationships with clients and partners to generate new business and retain existing clients
  4. Conduct Need analysis to understand client’s insurance requirement and provide tailored solution
  5. Provide quotes and proposals to clients highlighting the benefits and feature of insurance products
  6. Negotiate and close the deals, ensuring sales targets are met.
  7. Provide after sales service to clients addressing their queries and concerns.
  8. Stay up to date with industry development, regulatory changes and new insurance products

Products Experience: General Insurance/ Health insurance/ Motor Insurance

Industry Experience: 3-5 Yr. experience working in the insurance industry, preferably in a sales role

CTC: up to 10 LPA
