Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development & Execution:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, generate leads, and improve conversions.
Content Creation & Management:
Create compelling digital content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, case studies, and website copy related to engineering products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, etc.) to create industry-specific content that resonates with target audiences.
SEO & SEM:
Perform keyword research and on-page SEO optimization to improve organic rankings.
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Social Media Marketing:
Develop a strong social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to showcase engineering projects, innovations, and company achievements.
Create and execute social media content calendars and monitor engagement metrics.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation:
Design and implement email marketing campaigns targeting potential clients in the engineering sector.
Segment the email database to ensure personalized communication with different target groups.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide monthly reports on digital marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Branding:
Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Analyze competitors' digital marketing efforts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
