Job Title: Senior Data Scientist Experience: 8+ Years Location: Bangalore Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in data science and machine learning, and will possess a strong background in applying advanced machine learning algorithms to realworld business problems. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models, driving innovation in data-driven decision-making processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and assisting in the growth of the data science function within the organization. Key Responsibilities:  Model Development & Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for various business applications, including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning models.  Deep Learning: Build and deploy deep learning models using frameworks like PyTorch or Tensor Flow.  End-to-End ML Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, including data cleaning, feature engineering, model selection, training, testing, and deployment.  Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into machine learning solutions.  Cloud Integration: Leverage cloud services for model deployment and management; expertise in at least one cloud service (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a must.  Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists, assisting them in developing technical skills and driving the quality of work within the team.  Model Deployment: Hands-on experience in deploying models into production environments and monitoring their performance. Skills & Qualifications:  Educational Background: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.  Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning.  Machine Learning Algorithms: Expertise in regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning algorithms.  Deep Learning Frameworks: Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow. Hyderabad , Telangana 7  Programming Languages: Strong programming skills in Python.  Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying models in cloud environments.  Tools & Libraries: Familiarity with tools like Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.  Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Additional Skills (Good to Have):  Experience with model interpretability and explainability techniques.  Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.  Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data science models.  Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
