Urgent requirement for the position of the HR Executive in the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Identify staffing needs and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.
- Manage on boarding and induction for new hires.
- Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and ensure employee satisfaction.
- Organize engagement activities and team-building programs.
- HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training programs for warehouse staff.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in performance reviews.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and legal standards.
- Maintain documentation related to HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in HR, preferably in retail, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Good understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
