ResponsibiliƟes:
1. CollaboraƟon with the Founder:
Work directly with the Founder to manage and nurture stakeholder relaƟonships.
Assist the Founder in preparing and delivering impacƞul sales pitches tailored to clients'
needs.
Support the Founder during high-profile meeƟngs, ensuring discussions are effecƟvely
documented and acƟonable points are followed up.
2. CommunicaƟon Excellence:
Communicate effecƟvely and professionally with clients.
Follow-up and Progression of Discussions: Ensure Ɵmely follow-ups with clients aŌer iniƟal
meeƟngs, taking ownership of discussions to drive them forward and facilitate seamless next
steps.
DraŌ and edit emails with clarity, professionalism, and aƩenƟon to detail.
Handle phone calls and correspondence promptly and with a high level of professionalism.
3. Sales Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand requirements and develop persuasive
proposals.
4. Client RelaƟonship Management:
Conduct meeƟngs with potenƟal and exisƟng clients to understand their requirements.
Maintain strong relaƟonships with clients by providing regular updates and follow-ups post-
meeƟngs.
Act as the main point of contact for client queries, ensuring Ɵmely and effecƟve responses.
Foster long-term client engagement by addressing feedback and proacƟvely idenƟfying new
opportuniƟes.
5. PresentaƟon Development:
Create visually engaging and impacƞul presentaƟons for the meeƟngs.
Ensure presentaƟons align with brand guidelines and convey informaƟon effecƟvely.
6. MS Office Proficiency:
UƟlize advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to streamline
processes.
Develop templates, reports, and tools that enhance producƟvity and efficiency.
QualificaƟons:
A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Proven experience in a Client RelaƟons or similar role.
ExcepƟonal wriƩen and verbal communicaƟon skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals
and diverse stakeholders.
ExperƟse in craŌing persuasive sales proposals and presentaƟons.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applicaƟons, parƟcularly PowerPoint.
Excellent organizaƟonal and mulƟtasking abiliƟes, with a focus on prioriƟzaon and Ɵme
management.
Flexibility to travel for client meeƟngs and events as needed.
