Position -Expert / Leader of Paint Shop CNC machineMaintenance

- ensure the Paint shop performance.

Rodip, durr robots, Siemens PLC maintenance

1. Good hands on experience of PLC logic modification , troubleshooting & programming (Siemens S7-300, 200 ,1200/1500 Series PLC) - TIA Portal Software

2. Hands on experience on VFD's, HMI & AC/DC Drives

3. Knowledge of Conveyor, Blower, Paint Kitchen, AHU, Burner, PTCED, Booth, Pump etc.

4. Computer Skill – Proficient in MS Excel, Knowledge of MS-word and MS-PowerPoint

5. Knowledge of SAP

6. Proficiency in Pneumatic, Hydraulic system.

7. Hands on Experience on Paint Shop equipments Maintenance

8. Hand on experience on Durr Make Paint Shop with Rodip technology

• Responsible for maintenance of Paint process equipment consisting of Conveyors, EMS system, SCADA, PTCED, Paint Kitchen, Oven, Spray Booth, Hoist, Rail , Turn Table, lifter etc.

• Responsible for handling independently of Paint shop and trouble-shooting the equipment & MES system.

• Should be well knowledge of machine spare planning & audit doc. Preparation.

• Develop the Preventive & Predictive Maintenance technique for ensuring the reliability Paint shop equipment. Identification & ordering of the Paint shop spares.

• Identify the Paint shop equipment inspection & repair procedures & Develop the Task instruction sheets for the same.

• Develop the skill of Paint Maintenance manpower in monitoring, Preventive & Predictive maintenance techniques, and Repair activities & enhance them in structured manner.

• Identify the improvement opportunities in improving the Equipment uptime, Cost & Quality & drive the Kaizen culture in Paint Shop maintenance.

• Critical thinking with exceptional Problem-Solving skills, able to work independently and in team environments.

• Paint shop equipment uses control system & communication network mapping which consists Siemens (S7-1500 PLC, HMI , drives & SCADA system).

• Should have strong knowledge & hands on experience on electrical Control Circuits, networking & trouble shooting on the hardware & software part.

• ensure the Paint Shop performance and develop The MIS
