Company: Durall Systems ✅Plant HR Admin: Job Profile Overview 🔹 Job Title: Plant HR Admin / HR Executive – Plant Operations 🔹 Department: Human Resources 🔹 Reports To: Plant HR Manager / HR Head / Plant Manager 🔹 Work Location: On-site at manufacturing/production plant _______________________________________________________ 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1. Employee Lifecycle Management • Manage onboarding and induction for new plant employees and workers. • Maintain up-to-date employee records (attendance, leave, transfers, exit formalities). • Handle contract labor onboarding and documentation. 2. Attendance and Payroll Support • Monitor and maintain daily attendance and shift rosters. • Coordinate with payroll team or vendors to ensure timely processing. • Handle biometric system updates and exceptions (leave, OT, etc.). 3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements • Maintain compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Factory Act, etc.). • Coordinate with labor contractors to ensure documentation and statutory compliance. • Assist in audits (internal, statutory, or third-party). 4. Employee Relations & Engagement • Address shop-floor grievances and escalate if needed. • Assist in organizing training sessions, safety drills, and engagement activities. • Conduct feedback sessions and maintain disciplinary records. 5. HR Administration • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, absenteeism). • Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, warning, etc.). • Support HR Manager in HR policy implementation at plant level. ________________________________________ 📋 Required Skills and Qualifications ✅Education • Bachelor's Degree (B.Com/B.A/B.Sc) with specialization in HR or • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred) ✅Experience • 3–5 years of experience in an HR/Admin role at a manufacturing or industrial plant ✅Key Skills • Knowledge of labor laws and factory compliance • Strong administrative and documentation skills • Familiarity with HRIS or ERP systems • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Conflict resolution and problem-solving mindset ________________________________________ 📋 Notes • This role requires regular interaction with factory workers, contractors, and supervisors. • Often includes extended working hours or shift-based presence. • A mix of office and shop-floor work. ________________________________________
