Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate sales opportunities through interior designers, architects, consultants, and
institutional buyers.
Build a strong pipeline of projects by networking with key decision-makers.
Ensure effective product presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
Project Management:
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, finance) to ensure smooth execution of
projects.
Monitor project milestones, delivery schedules, and installation timelines.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, and key institutional clients namely for
Commercial projects like offices, hotels, resorts, villa settlements, institutions.
Regularly engage with key accounts to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Reporting & MIS:
Maintain project tracking, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.
Submit regular reports on sales performance, project status, and market trends.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong network in the AID (Architects, Interior Designers) and institutional ecosystem
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of project sales cycle and long-lead sales closures
Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Team player with a high level of accountability and ownership
