   1. Expertise in activities related to Press Machines (including bending) and fabrication (including robotics).
   
   
   2. Responsible for overall Production process, starting from production plans and schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and resource availability.
   
   
   3. Ensure that production targets are met while optimizing the utilization of machinery, equipment, and labor.
   
   
   4. Coordinate with purchase, vendors, including labor, machinery, and raw materials. Assess resource requirements, plan for adequate availability, and adjust as necessary to meet production goals.
   
   
   5. Ensure all Quality Standards are maintained and followed at each station in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Any deviations or issues are identified, analyzed, and resolved to maintain consistent quality output.
   
   
   6. Responsible for 5s, Safety, health and Environment, overall equipment efficiency (OEE), machine setup, material handling, and workflow coordination.
   
   
   7. Optimizing production efficiency and reducing waste through continuous improvement initiatives.
   
   
   8. Analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process enhancements such as lean manufacturing principles and automation to streamline operations and increase productivity.
   
   
   9. Good interpersonal relations to lead the team.
