Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer

Hello All,

We are looking for the role of interior designer/ senior interior designer for bangalore location.

Skills:  Advanced proficiency in interior design principles, including space planning,

colour theory, and material selection.

 Mandatory experience in luxury residential and hospitality interiors.

 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship

management and satisfaction.

 Project management expertise covering conceptualization, planning,

execution, and timely delivery.

 Current design trends, technologies, and innovative materials in the

industry.

 Materials Expertise: In-depth knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and

furnishings.

 Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe, and SketchUp etc.

Job Profile :

 Conduct meetings with clients to assess factors affecting interior design,

such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose/function of the

space.

 Plan and design interiors for residential spaces, clubhouses, and hospitality

projects.

 Estimate material requirements and costs, presenting designs to clients for

approval.

 Select or design hard finishes, CP/sanitary, soft furnishings, wall finishes, art

works, and accessories.

 Collaborate with engineering and consultants to coordinate MEP, HVAC, and

other services.

 Prepare working drawings for site implementation or manufacturing

processes.

 Oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with vendors,

contractors, and production teams as required.

Qualification(s) BArch / M Arch, Masters in Interior Design from reputed Institution.

Exp: 8 to 10 years.
