VP Commercial and Retail Leasing

Job description

1. Responsible for team management below and will be expected to build, nurture and grow leasing business.
2. Maintain YoY revenue Growth.
3. Regular tracking of business key milestones, identify gaps & plus the same.
4. Keep a track on upcoming supply and identify early stage opportunities by actively meeting the clients and developers.
5. Participate in the large transactions and help the team for closure with the experience.
6. Prepare annual and monthly Target vacancy list along with identified client list.
7. Transaction closure exposure across asset classes.
8. Ensuring KRAs being met by team below
9. Sales closures and ensuring sales targets of overall team
10. Team Building & constant monitoring of work
11. Ensuring the implementation of policy related to Work, Health & Safety.
