The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring the efficient and effective management of resources, processes, and teams. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and problem-solving to help the company achieve its objectives, improve operational performance, and deliver exceptional service.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to establish operational goals, strategies, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards in all operations.
Problem-Solving: Address operational issues, challenges, and bottlenecks promptly and efficiently.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor operational performance metrics and report findings to senior management, providing recommendations for improvement.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Manage day-to-day business MIS, KPIs and business reports to clients.
Perform regular MIS, funnel and data analysis to identify business performance indicators,
identify any early signals of. performance, identify variations in performance of specific clients and alert the Account Managers.
