Job description

Key Responsibility Area:

The fundamental duties & tasks the define the job are:

  1. Responsible for inbound & outbound calls with end customers to resolve customer queries.
  2. Responsible for reverting customer queries via email.
  3. Gather appropriate data from the internal tools to substantiate transaction validity, evaluated information gathered & determine the appropriate course of action.
  4. Responsible for providing high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries and customer requests.


Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Education – Graduate
  2. Strong verbal & written Communication Skills.
  3. Flexible to work in 24*7 shift timings.
  4. Minimum 6-Months experience in US or UK customer care support.


Essential duties and responsibilities:

  2. Follow required procedure & guidelines
