With a strong commitment to precision, design, and excellence, we provide world-class services to clients across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. 🏢 Position Overview The Estimator Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and coordinating with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure competitive and profitable project bids in the façade industry. This role requires a strong technical understanding of façade systems, cost control, and client interaction. 🏢 Key Responsibilities  Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.  Prepare detailed cost estimates for façade and glazing projects.  Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.  Conduct material take-offs and evaluate project requirements.  Develop and maintain a cost database for façade-related works.  Work closely with design and engineering teams to align estimates with project scope.  Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and ensure accuracy in all submissions.  Support project negotiations and client discussions with accurate cost breakdowns.  Monitor industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to ensure competitive edge.  Lead and mentor junior estimators in the team. ✅ Qualifications & Skills  Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.  Minimum 5 years of estimation experience in the façade / glazing industry.  Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction techniques.  Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.  Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.  Strong communication and leadership abilities.  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 🏢 Why Join Us?  Opportunity to work with a leading façade solutions provider.  Dynamic work culture with growth and learning opportunities.  Exposure to challenging and landmark projects.
