Job description
                Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various clients and industries.
 - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.
 - Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
 - Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
 - Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.
 - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.
 - Work closely with team leads/managers to understand job requirements.
 - Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
