Account executive

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

∙Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance,

and bank reconciliations.

∙Handle accounts payable/receivable and monitor outstanding balances.

∙Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

∙Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

∙Manage inventory accounting and coordinate with sales/supply chain teams for

reconciliation.

∙Liaise with vendors and distributors for payment processing and account settlements.

∙Support internal audits and assist in finalization of accounts.

∙Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required by the management.

Required Skills:

∙3years of experience in Accounting, preferably in the FMCG sector.

∙Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

∙Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

∙Sound knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and TDS.

∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

∙Good communication and coordination skills.

∙Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
