Utility Expert / Leader Maintenance

Job description

Qualification-BE/ B-tech - Electronics / Electrical (BE with 6 +Yrs. / Diploma with 9+ Yrs.)

Expert / Leader of Utility O&M- ensure the UTILITY performance.

1) Significant previous experience in utility Projects or Maintenance (Electrical)

2) Mastery of various maintenance process & Preventive maintenance requirements.

3) Compressor/DG/Transformer/LT/HT operation and maint.

4) Expertise in project management methodology.

5) Integrity, enthusiasm and team-spirit.

6) Knowledge of Industry EMS 4.0

• Preferably an Automobile industry professional with experience in planning, BOM preparation, execution & commissioning of utility installations especially electrical installations & support to mechanical utilities.

• Experience of 33 KV HT Yard, HT panels, VCB, Transformers, APFC, MDB, PDB, Voltage Stabilizer, DG Sets.

• Responsible for Utility Department operation of equipment’s like DG, UPS, various lightings etc.

• Experience in maintaining the utility areas like ETP, STP, WTP, Water Treatment system, Fire Hydrant System, Dock Leveler, RO Plant,

• Experience in material handling equipment’s like Dock Levelers, Forklifts, Cranes, HDS system etc.

• Basic Knowledge of PLC to rectify the day to day PLC problems in PLC, HMI or panel control wiring.

• Must have basic knowledge of controlling & monitoring SCADA systems.

• Must be system oriented preventive maintenance, TPM, MTTR , MTBF, Root cause analysis & Spare parts management .

• Responsible for ground level drives for Cost reduction, innovations & power saving areas.

• Responsible for energy management, power & fuel cost reduction.

• Responsible for various statutory approval & compliances related to Utility, especially Electricals.
