We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the B2B Electronics Repairs & Refurbishment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electronics or Telecom, proven experience in business development, and the ability to build lasting relationships with OEMs, enterprises, and corporate clients. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by acquiring new projects across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the electronics repair and refurbishment sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, enterprises, telecom companies, and large corporates.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver impactful business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Track, measure, and report on sales performance against set targets.
- Travel extensively as required to meet clients and expand business opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Background in Electronics OEM, Telecom, or Repairs & Refurbishment industry is highly desirable.
- Strong network within the electronics/telecom ecosystem will be a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.
