We are looking out for social media manager for Gurgaon location for a logistics company.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive individual to manage Public Relations, Social Media Strategy, and Content Creation for Skye Air. This role requires strong communication, design, and strategic thinking skills to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations (PR):

1. Coordinate with PR agencies/teams for campaigns, events, and media opportunities.
2. Review PR drafts, get approvals, and finalize communications.
3. Suggest new stories, ideas, and strategies for media outreach.
4. Support in creating and maintaining the PR calendar.

Job Description

Social Media Management:

1. Manage Skye Air’s official social media pages across platforms.
2. Plan, design, and post engaging content using Canva and other tools.
3. Curate content calendars (monthly/quarterly) for social media campaigns.
4. Schedule posts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
5. Monitor insights and analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
6. Run paid ads on social media to increase reach and engagement.

Content Strategy & Creation:

1. Write SEO-optimized blogs and posts for LinkedIn and other channels.
2. Curate engaging content (visual + written) tailored for different platforms.
3. Develop storytelling-driven campaigns to showcase brand vision.
4. Maintain and organize digital assets (photos, videos, creatives, media kits).

Event Coordination:

1. Plan and execute in-house and external events from scratch (budgeting, logistics, vendors, branding).
2. Support with media kits, press coverage, and promotional activities.

Branding & Design:

1. Create visually appealing designs (social posts, presentations, business kits, brand collaterals).
2. Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline assets.
